Tigran Mukuchyan explains the reason of oxidation of stamps.

The cause of oxidation of stamps in the voters’ passports is agreed with the ink ordered from an international company, Tigran Mukuchyan, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), told the reporters.
‘The calls were received during the first 15 minutes, the issue has already been solved,’ Mukuchyan said.
‘The ink was not shaken well in some polling stations, that is the reason,’ he said.
He voiced assurances that these citizens will not vote for the second time. Mukuchyan has brought with him two bottles with ink for testing to convince the reporters that the stamp has vanished because of not shaking the ink.
Referring to the media outlets about election frauds, Mukuchyan said they have not received information about election bribes. ‘The relevant bodies have started examination into media publication,’ he said.
He said an attempt of videotaping the voting process from a banned place has been registered in Armenia’s Gegharkunik region. Law enforcers stopped the activity.
‘The details of the case are being clarified. If the cameraman was taken out illegally, the law enforcers will be punished,’ he said.
After Mukuchyan departed, the reporters tested the inks brought by him: both in case of shaking and not shaking the stamps vanished.
