In 7/23 precinct a person attracted Nikol Pashinyan's proxy's attention with his inappropriate behavior. The proxy demanded the latter to be presented. The person showed a proxy certificate of Samvel Alexanyan. When Pashinyan's proxy informed that there already was one of Alexanyan's proxies registered in the current precinct, and demanded to record the existence of second proxy, the person escaped.
Pashinyan's proxy made a record, while the commission refused to register it.
