At about 13:00, in 7/3 precinct located in Malatia-Sebastia district, in No.78 kindergarten, RA second president Robert Kocharyan performed his civic duty.
After voting Kocharyan told the reporters that 'he had no mood for interview', but anyhow, to the question referring his return to politics, Kocharyan answered with a question, "And do you wish?" and added that he has not made a final decision.
