The stamps were the only means to prevent multiple voting cases while it failed - ANC leader.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan, leader of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc, visited today the joint headquarters.

Referring to the Constitutional Council’s decline of the headquarters’ appeal, Ter-Petrosyan said the members of the headquarters should be consistent in their appeal for publication of voters’ lists.

Speaking about the oxidizing stamps, the ANC leader said the stamps were the only means to prevent multiple voting cases while it failed.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan said the authorities will keep the power in any way. According to him, they celebrate victory over people, over the country.

‘I am not well aware of details, but I know that our headquarters are working and information about frauds is being continuously received. Unfortunately, the information about frauds may be compiled in a whole catalogue,’ Ter-Petrosyan stressed.
