Parliamentary candidate Viktor Dallakyan, running with majoritarian electoral system in Vanadzor's No.30 precinct, who has recently joint the ranks of Republican Party of Armenia, lost to non-party candidate, "Populex" attorney's office lawyer Edmon Marukyan.
According to preliminary data, Dallakyan received 9,268 votes, while 31-year-old Marukyan got 11,683 voices.
