‘Peaceful and balanced atmosphere has been registered with the preservation of all election procedures. The voters managed to freely express their will. No essential violations have been registered during vote counting,’ Hasmik Sargsyan said.
She said the four thousand observers of the NGO were in 1975 polling stations and monitored the voting process.
NGO’s chairman presented a number of frauds they have registered, saying that there was a case when a group of soldiers arrived at polling station in Syunik and voted in the presence of their commander.
Referring to the fading stamp, Hambardzumyan said the issue was immediately solved.
