The election rigging outside the polling stations cast a shadow on the legality of elections - Heritage party.

The Heritage party’s campaign headquarters released a statement on the May 6 parliamentary elections.

The party pointed out numerous violations during the election process.

The party pointed out an unprecedented scale of pseudo-charity and election bribes, which had an unprecedented impact on the election returns.

Logrolling and influence peddling created unequal conditions for the political parties running for parliament. The local government bodies and some governors created an atmosphere of intimidation in a number of Armenian regions and communities.

Numerous voters from Armenia’s regions were temporarily registered in Yerevan, without even the owners of flats informed of that.

Although the entire election process was video recorded, which can be considered progress as compared with all the previous elections, the election rigging outside the polling stations cast a shadow on the legality of elections.

Heritage party compared the data received from its representatives at polling stations with the official data by Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission. After analyzing the data, the party will make a final assessment of the election results.
