I am not a moral speaker, and not a 'law keeper' - Aharon Adibekyan.

"Sociometer" sociological center director Aharon Adibekyan during one of his recently given press conferences has declarted that 2,5 mln dollar electoral bribe was distributed. Today during the meeting with reporters CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan refferring to Adibekyan`s statement, demanded the latter to present facts on this occation. 

"I hold researches, I am not a prosecutor to present facts," Adibekyan responded. 

To the question of the reporters as when the clients ask whether to distribute bribe or not, why Adibekyan does not state that it is banned by the law, the latter said:

"I am not a moral speaker, and not a 'law keeper'. I tell the client that such percent of the society expects material support.

Finance wins in all elections, in all the countries," concluded Adibekyan.
