Social-Democratic Hunchakyan party member Gurgen Yeghiazaryan has no doubts that the PAP and the RPA will form a coalition.
During the talk with LURER.com, Yeghiazaryan explained his view point with the fact that if the PAP won't form a coalition "anything can happen."
"Now there are very serious levers in the RPA's hands and very serious administrative resources," detailed Yeghiazaryan.
