Armenian national team and FC Shakhtar midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was named the best player of FC Shakhtar in the 2011/12 season, according to the results of voting on the official website of Shakhtar.

1 250 fans took part in the voting.

474 people (37.92 percent) voted for Mkhitaryan.

Romanian defender Razvan Rat is second with 33.36 percent of votes. Brazilian midfielder Willian comes third with 5.52 percent.
