PAP will be in the ruling coalition and in 2013 will not participate in Armenian presidential elections - Hmayak Hovhannissyan.

Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) is negotiating over coalition, political scientist Hmayak Hovhannissyan, number 9 in PAP’s list, said.
In Saturday’s interview to Regnum news agency, Hovhannissyan stated the PAP has already decided over the formation of the coalition but claims few more ministerial portfolios.
This time Hmayak Hovhannissyan has not excluded the possibility of waiving his mandate, saying he would probably file self-withdrawal application by May 24.
He mentioned that the PAP's joining the coalition in condition of supporting one single presidential candidate means that in 3013 the PAP won't take part in presidential elections in Armenia and this is a great potential decline risk for the PAP as opposition political force.
