Ex-chief of Armenia's Road Police Margar Ohanyan sentenced to 6 years in prison.

A court in Yerevan today sent Margar Ohanyan, ex-chief of Armenia's Road Police, to six years in prison for the damage inflicted to the country.
Ohanyan was charged with misappropriation of state property, causing the state a damage of 160 million drams. Before the start of the trial, Ohanyan had paid part of the money to the state.
Three other defendants in this case, Road Police representatives Ara Levonyan, Samvel Makhmuryan, and ex-commander Stepan Karakhanyan, were put on probation for a period of four years.
