Gagik Tsarukyan - PAP fiction head in parliament, Naira Zohrabyan - PAP secretary.

Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan will head the PAP group in the parliament, while Naira Zohrabyan will be the secretary for the party, PAP MP Martun Grigoryan told LURER.com.

The party held its first session on Wednesday after which PAP member, businessman and former deputy Speaker Samvel Balasanyan said he would not be a deputy speaker.

The reason for his resignation is the PAP’s decision to reject any office of political character in the National Assembly.

Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan advised his teammates to work actively and support all legislative initiatives in parliament that will stem from the PAP interests, PAP member Naira Zohrabyan said when detailing the results of a meeting with Gagik Tsarukyan.

The PAP representative says the meeting mainly focused on technical issues, including PAP's representation in National Assembly's committees.

Regarding the relations with the PAP and Republican Party of Armenia, Naira Zohrabyan said, "Gagik Tsarukyan said we should work constructively."
