ARF boycotted the voting of parliament’s leadership during today`s NA first session.

The ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group today boycotted the voting of parliament’s leadership.

Member of the faction Armen Rustamyan said ARFD will not participate in the vote calling on future speaker to secure work of the parliament and not to permit violations, for instance double voting to provide quorum for adoption of the laws.

To note, Hovik Abrahamyan was elected NA speaker. Edward Sharmazanov and Hermine Naghdalyan were appointed NA deputy speakers.

The members of opposition Heritage Party and Armenian National Congress were absent during today`s first session of newly elected parliament.
