It became clear yesterday that quite interesting changes are expected in the NA Staff at the beginning of next week. According to NA sources, a few important officials will resign from their posts.

It refers mainly to the incumbment head of the NA Staff Vrezh Gasparyan, appointed by the former NA Chair Samvel Nikoyan instead of the ex-head of the NA Staff Gegham Gharibjanyan, currently Armenian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates. Yesterday the candidacy of two people for the head of NA Staff was informally discussed in the Parliament. One of the alleged candidates is Manuk Vardanyan, the acting Minister of Transport and Communication and the other one is the head of President’s Audit Service Havhannes Hovsepyan, who is in good relations with the newly elected NA Chair Hovik Abrahamyan.

The name of the new head of NA Staff is expected to be announced on Monday. According to NA newspaper sources Hrayr Zoryan, the head of Information and Public Department will be dismissed as well.
