Armenian Armed Forces Eliminate Five Azerbaijani Military Servants

Today morning, at 06:30 a.m. Azerbaijani time, on borderline sector of Tavush region Armenian armed forces eliminated 4 Azerbaijani military forces. Another Azerbaijani soldier was heavily injured and later died.

In the morning of June 5 near Voskepar village of Tavush region, an Azerbaijani armed group consisting of 15-20 soldiers tried to intrude Armenian territory.

Due to vigilance of frontier soldiers the diversion group was discovered and as a result of undertaken special activities the latter was neutralized. The group members were able to escape taking the bodies of victims and injured with them.

There are no victims or injured from Armenian side, states Media Service of Ministry of Defense.

Reminder: a few hours before US State Secretary’s visit to Armenia, the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime near Chinari village on Armenian-Azerbaijani frontline, as a result of which three Armenian soldiers were perished.
