I Expect NKR to Become a Full Negotiating Party: Richard Giragossian

The new approach of resolution of the NKR conflict will contribute to the activities of the Minsk Group. Today political scientist Richard Giragossian told the journalists about this.

“We still don’t know what the new recommendations would look like but I think Clinton would never bring that up if she hadn’t agreed this with Russia and France. I expect that there will be a new format when the NKR becomes an equal negotiating party,” said Giragossian.

Let’s remember that during her recent visit to Baku Hillary Clinton stated that during the upcoming meeting of the Foreign Affairs Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan new approaches will be recommended to the parties.
