Frontline Incidents are Clear Signals: Vardan Ayvazyan

The incidents of the recent days on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border are clear signals that Azerbaijan is not satisfied with the status quo anymore. An RPA MP Vardan Ayvazyan stated this during the meeting with journalists.

“This is the question, where we should all be as one. Here we shouldn’t have any oppositionists or opponents. We may debate and disagree in various matters but in this case there is no need for debate,” mentioned Ayvazyan.

The other participant of the press conference, Deputy-Chair of the Free Democrats Party Anush Sedrakyan agreed with the RPA MP. In Sedrakyan’s opinion, however, Azerbaijan doesn’t have the capacity to be a separate power. “I think these diversions were backed by certain forces. Azerbaijan wouldn’t be able to organize those on its own,” said Sedrakyan.
