NATO Concerned over Acute Situation on Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line

NATO doesn’t directly participate in the conflict resolution process but the protects efforts implemented by OSCE Minsk group.

We follow carefully the events which take place in the contact line of the conflict during last days. We are concerned with the tension in Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line.

As Georgia.ru informs this statement was made in Tbilisi by a special representative of NATO Secretary General in South Caucasus and Middle Asia James Apaturai.

He highlighted that NATO is for peaceful settlement of the conflict. “We hope that acute situation would pay off,” he said.
