Natali Pharm to Appeal the Decision of 50-million AMD Fine

Natali Pharm company, belonging to an RPA member Samvel Alexanyan’s family will appeal the decision of the State Committee of Economic Competition that assigned a 50-million AMD fine to the company. This was informed to Lurer.com by Arsen Mheryan, a legal consultant of the company.

“We haven’t received the decision yet and don’t know the details of the decision. The company stands to the decision that the decision of the committee must definitely be appealed,” said Mheryan.
