Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum about Ceasefire Regime Violations

We, the members of first working group of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum are concerned about many cases of violations of ceasefire regime on the contact line of Armenian-Azerbaijani armed forces, which resulted in significant losses on both sides.

We condemn these actions, which threatens regional security and impedes the peaceful regulation of Karabakh conflict.

We urge the conflicting parties to undertake the necessary measures to fulfill the liabilities stipulated by the Agreement on the Protection of Ceasefire Regime.
