Doctor Refused to Examine Girls that Suffered a Car Accident with Maga

On June 13, at 1:55 a.m. as a result of a car accident on Khanjyan street in Yerevan Maga Design dance studio director Margarita (Maga) Gyulbaryan died. Maga’s friends Shamiram Grigoryan and Mariam Gevorgyan were also in the same crashed car, who were taken to #1 hospital.

Mariam’s mother Margo Suvaryan told Lurer.com that the doctors refused to provide first aid to the two girls.

The examining doctor refused to do so after getting paid. Mariam’s mother demanded a document that would show that it’s normal for a doctor to refuse to provide treatment to dying girls unless payments are made. At that time, one of the doctors took Mariam on a stretcher to the basement of the hospital for X-ray checkup. Mariam was X-rayed for 1,5 hours.

The same examination would last 10 minutes with tomography. After that it would be possible to provide necessary treatment to save the life of the girl.

Fortunately, there were no serious fractures of bones or inner hemorrhage. Otherwise it wuld be impossible to save her life since the check-up took 1,5 hours.
