Fining Natali Pharm 50 Million AMD was a Showoff to CoE: Businessman
Armenia
Fining Natali Pharm in the amount of 50 million AMD was done to blow air in the eyes of the Council of Europe. Garnik Sahakyan, Director of Szni LTD expressed this opinion to Lurer.com.
He mentioned that if Armenia was a legal state not only the state should have received 50 million AMD but also he should have received a moral compensation for all the slander since 2009.
“This 50 million was aimed to blow air in the eyes of the CoE. But only God in the Heaven and the state bodies on the earth know what kind of bargaining took place. Those were many more time subjective. This is my personal opinion. This is the tragedy of our reality,” he said.
Sahakyan mentioned that our state economic competition committee fights for the economic competition but this is not a sufficient mechanism to liberate the economic field.
The Director of Szni mentioned that he was ready to protect his rights and go till the end but can’t afford the court expenses.
“If I could afford I would reach the European Court but I need serious funds for that. If some company sponsors the court expenses I will be ready to reach the instance of the European Court,” said Sahakyan.
