Is There Hidden Construction Inside Closed Market?

According to eyewitnesses construction takes place inside the Closed Market.

“Dear friends, there are bad news about the CLOSED MARKET. Today my friends and I covertly entered the Closed Market at about 1:30 p.m. First we entered from a door from the left side of the market. The workers were sitting a little far and were having lunch. They didnt notice me. The whole ground was dug, a fundament for a new building was dug. There was concrete carcasses. There were lots of light bulbs so the workers could work at nights. As much as I can tell they are trying to build a building for Yerevan City and then dismantling the building of the market. And then we entered from the back side. There a man has noticed me. He ran in my direction and asked, “Why are you shooting” and I answered I had to. And he replied that he has to smash my head. We argued a little but then they followed us outside and disappeared.

A LITTLE IS LEFT FOR OUR MARKET. WE SHOULD ACT REALLY FAST, MAYBE STAY THERE FOR DAYS TILL THEIR EVACUATORS ARE NOT REMOVED AND THE BUILDING IS NOT EMACNIPATED.”
