Powerful Earthquake in Coastal Parts of Japan

An earthquake with the magnitude of 6.4 was recorded in the eastern coasts of Honshu island of Japan, reported U.S. seismological services.
The epicenter of the earthquake was in a 31-km depth – 28 km south-east from Ofunato city. The seismological service of Japan recorded a little lower magnitude – 6.1.
According preliminary results, no serious damage or tsunami were recorded.
