Soldier Shot Dead by the Enemy?

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Defense on June 18, at 08:25 a.m., 19 year-old soldier Gyulnazaryan Aram Simon was shot dead by the enemy in one of the eastern units of NKR Defense Army.

The Investigation Service of Ministry of Defense stated that this hypothesis is preliminary; however this was not mentioned in the abovementioned statement.

In an interview with Lurer.com officer of Investigation Service of Ministry of Defense noted that a criminal case was filed stipulated by the article 104, clause 13 (murder) of the Criminal Code.
