Police Has No Jurisdiction over Harsnakar Case Anymore

To our question whether the culprit is detained, Malkhasyan once again asked us to call the investigative department of the Ministry of Defense.

An officer of the investigative department of MoD Mery Sargsyan told us that they hadn’t received the case yet. “We receive the case through the prosecutor’s office. They send to their district prosecutor; they send it to military prosecutor’s office. Then we receive the case,” mentioned Mery Sargsyan and added that the case had already been sent and they should be receiving it by the end of the day.
