Vladimir Gasparyan Demanded to Return Jurisdiction over “Harsnaqar” Case

According to Lurer.com information sources RA Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan had an urgent consultation with RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan and demanded to enable the police to investigate the incident that happened in “Harsnaqar” restaurant a few days ago. According to our sources RA Police Chief is seriously detremined to disclose the case and to subject all the guilties to criminal liability.

According to the same source the General Investigation Department of RA Police will be in charge of the investigation of the case, and not the Yerevan Police Department headed by Nerses Nazaryan.
