“Hraparak”: Hovik Abrahamyan Gave Bonuses to NA Staff

Prior to submitting his duties as the Chairman of the NA, Hovik Abrahamyan gave away “bonuses” to the NA staff reminding them of the desirable times. The daily reminds that last fall, after Abrahamyan’s resignation, it was found out that the NA treasury is empty despite the fact that there were still three months left before the end of the year. At the end of the year, the staff was complaining that they weren’t receiving their 13th salary. Then it was paid somehow. This time, the ones that left the NA, have left quite a sum – 160 million AMD for the period of five months, which Abrahamyan spends “wisely.”
