Culprits in Harsnaqar Case to be Strictly Punished by Law. Ministry of Defense

RA Ministry of Defense issued the following statement regarding Harsnaqar incident.

“On June 17, a criminal case was filed in regard of Harsnaqar incident in the RA Police. There are arrested.

RA Minsistry of Defense strongly condemns encroachment on any RA cirizen, irrespective of the fact wether the victim is regular citizen, soldier of armed forces or officer. Ministry of Defense is following the process of the criminal case and is fully confident that the culprits will be strictly punished by the law.

RA Ministry of Defense expresses its support to the victims and their relatives and ensures that I is not indifferent to such brutal manifestations.”
