7th Person to be Arrested in Regard of Harsnaqar Case. Vladimir Gasparyan

Six people are already arrested in regard of Harsnaqar incident and seventh one will be arrested during the next 1-2 hours. This was stated by RA Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan after the parade devoted to 20th anniversary of RA Police Forces.

Alluding to the fact that the owner of Harsnaqar restaurant is NA deputy Ruben Hayrapetyan, Vladimir Gasparyan noted that there will be no biased attitude.

“We are after phenomena and not people. Ruben Hayrapetyan is simply an owner. Everyone should remember that if the Police see any wrongdoing, the given person is to answer before the law irrespective of his or her post,” he stated.

“I can state that during these months the Police proved that they are loyal to their title,”-mentioned Gasparyan
