Seems the Government Program is not about Armenia: Armen Rustamyan
Armenia
“Our evaluation is clearly simple. This document absolutely doesn’t conform the real situation in Armenia and the challenges that our people face,” an ARF MP Armen Rustamyan stated this from the floor of NA today while describing the opinion of the ARF about the government program 2012-2017.
In Rustamyan’s opinion it seems that this program is not about Armenia.
“The new governing, which is in fact the repetition of the previous one, doesn’t inspire any confidence of its ability to implement a program. In fact, we get to deal with a government that has already failed its previous program and now they promise to work in the same manner.
The ones, who voted for us, never wanted this government to govern with this program. And for the sake of our voters we are against the program and will struggle to implement a full government change in our country, where we won’t have any political, media, economic monopolies and hopefully our country will be able to overcome this glutted situation.”
The viewpoints of the Heritage party were delivered by Ruben Hakobyan, who in his speech also criticized the government program.
“I think any program before approval should answer three questions. First, how realistic is it? Second, how realistic are the mechanisms to implement the program? Third, is the system that exists able to provide the necessary environment for the implementation of these mechanisms? We strongly believe that we don’t have answers to those questions,” mentioned Ruben Hakobyan.
