Security Guards Should be Police Officers

Today the deputy chief of the RA police Hovhannes Hunanyan alluding to Harsnaqar incident described it asa criminal wrongdoing and emphasized that all the culprits must be punished.

According to the deputy chief the security guards need to be police officers. “These security guards should be hired from Police,” -he stated.
