The head of Vanadzor office of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly also commented on Harsnaqar incident.

“This incident is the gift of elections to our society. It showed the real picture of elections, and people showed their faces. Besides, what happened in Harsnaqar is a typical expression of violence. Similar cases show the impunity of oligarchs and inequality before the law,” -stated Sakunts.
