He added that perhaps Hayrapetyan doesn’t have a direct involvement in these actions but the guilt must be linked to him.

“They were sure that they would get away from law when they were beating men. And such thinking exists here for quite awhile,” said Grigoryan.

When speaking about the Facebook group called “We demand punishing the guilty ones of Harsnakar restaurant” Grigoryan mentioned that the society has now become more active and has gain a greater accountability of bringing justice to this country.

“The state institutes almost don’t exercise relevant functions or do so when the society demands that. And these actions of the society are very important and should be continuous,” said Grigoryan.
