One of Harsnakar Case Suspects Released

“Six out of the seven suspects of Harsnakar case were arrested and one of them Davit Hayiryan was released,” reported an associate of the public relations department of RA Police Armen Malkhasyan. He mentioned that he was called in to be recognized by the victims but none of them testified against him. “This means that based in first clause of first paragraph of article 132 of the RA Penal Code there was no confirmation and evidence of crime,” mentioned Malkhasyan.

Let’s mention that there were seven arrested. Six of them were charged and one’s guilt was being verified. Garik Margaryan, Arman Baghdasaryan, Davit Adamyan, Norayr Hayrapetyan, Arman Khachatryan and Artur Babloyan were charged based on second paragraph of article 112 of the Penal Code, which defines deliberate actions aimed at harming human physical health.

Reminder: On June 17 in Harsnakar restaurant three military doctors were brutally beaten. One of them, Vahe Avetyan, 35, is in an extremely severe medical condition.
