Why does Police Avoid?

Today a video was publicized, which clearly shows the Garik Margaryan, who brutally beat up military doctors in Harnsakar, is actually a member of NA MP Ruben Hayrapetyan’s bodyguard team.

When speaking to Lurer.com an associate of the public relations department of RA Police Armen Malkhasyan was asked what impact the posted video can have on the investigation of the case. The latter said that he’s not the one to be asked such questions.

“I cannot say anything but I want to understand whether the video is linked to this incident or not.”

We said that we had detained six men. We have mentioned their names; we said that we had launched a criminal case and that investigation was underway. In regard of other matters you should apply to other relevant bodies,” noted Malkhasyan.

We’d also like to inform that we had applied to the investigative department of RA Police and asked the same question to Arsen Ayvazyan, special investigator of RA Police, who said that we should ask these questions to the public relations department of RA Police.
