Rafik Grigoryan not Aware that He will be Appointed Governor of Gegharkunik

Rafik Petrosyan will be appointed Gegharkunik Governor. This was posted on the official website of the government.

“Based on 88.1 article of RA Constitution and based on decree 728 of the President the government decided to appoint Rafik Grigoryan governor of Gegharkunik.”

When speaking to Lurer.com Rafik Grigoryan said that he wasn’t informed about this.

“I wasn’t informed, I don’t have any information. This will be the decision of the government,” said Grigoryan.
