Owner of Milano Store Applied to European Court
Armenia
The owner of Milano store that used to operate in Yerevan Hovhannes Ghukasyan has submitted several appeals to the European Court of Human Rights. When speaking to Lurer.com Ghukasyan’s lawyer Hayk Alumyan justified the appeal to the European Court by rude breaches of the property right.
“We have attempted to resolve this issue in the legal field of Armenia but we didn’t succeed because of illegal court acts. This was connected with the peculiarity of our judicial system,” mentioned Alumyan and added that after the European Court they expect that the owner will be reimbursed.
