According to the information of lurer.com, Vladimir Gasparyan, chief of Police of RA, received a strict reprimand for the disreputable behavior of Major-General Nerses Nazaryan, head of Yerevan Police Department.
Supposedly, Nerses Nazaryan’s behavior served as a basis for the reprimand, connected with the case of Harsnaqar restaurant.
