Medical workers’ day wasn’t celebrated in Harsnaqar restaurant. This was told to the reporters by the newly appointed Minister of Health Derenik Dumanyan. In his speech the Minister pointed that he criminalizes explaining something to someone by force.
To the question, “Why didn’t the Ministry of Health appear with the declaration connected with the case? ” Derenik Dumanyan said, that declarations are made not only in press but also in other places. “In general I’m of the opinion, that and doctors, and reporters and in general people shouldn’t be offended in and out of performing duties. I totally criminalize this and any violence towards my colleagues as well, irrespective of the fact who has done it. Let this be a fact for you and for the others, and I’m going to be attentive in these matters during my work. My colleagues like many other people, remain unprotected; doctors who work day and night, give their health to save lives of others and suddenly appear in such kind of situations. In our Ministry due attention should be paid to the protection of the rights of each doctor”, said Dumanyan.
