On June 28, RA Chief of Police, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Gasparyan signed a number of decrees.

According to one of these decrees, a police colonel Varush Shashikyan was dismissed from his duties of chief of police of Gyumri and was appointed chief of police of Avan community of Yerevan.

According to the police decree the new chief of Gyumri police is appointed Vahan Danielyan.
