There cannot be Solution to the Conflict without Nagorno-Karabakh participation: Edward Nalbandyan

Foreign affairs Minister of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan answered to the question of “Armenpress” agency on the topics discussed during the meeting with Artsakh President. Question. Mister Minister, what issues were discussed during your meeting with NKR President?

“During the meeting I informed President Sahakyan about the meeting with Foreign affairs minister of Azerbaijan and Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk group in Paris. We exchanges opinions on the negotiation process of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.

OSCE Minsk group Co-Chairs also hold consultations with Artsakh leadership. Soon, around ten days later Co-Chairs will again be in the region and will visit Stepanakert as well.

I would like to stress once again that without the participation of Nagorno-Karabakh there cannot be settlement of the conflict. I would like also to remind that before the summit in Kazan we had already sounded that basic principles cannot be considered as finally agreed without the approval of Artsakh. And after the agreement of basic principles the development of peace treaty is impossible without Nagorno-Karabakh participation,” said the FA Minister.
