A Hotel will not be Built Instead of the Ministry of Transport and Communication: Arman Sahakyan

The issue of a hotel construction instead of Ministry of Transport and Communication wasn’t discussed in State Property Management Department. Lurer.com was informed about this from head of press section of SPMD Margarita Sargsyan. The latter also pointed that the news was denied by head of department Arman Sahakyan.
Note, according to press publications, one of the governmental buildings situated in republic square where Ministry of Transport and Communication and general post office can be found, soon would be transformed to a hotel. The future owners of the hotel have already come to an agreement and “Ararat Hayat” hotel will soon be built. This brand is very popular in Moscow, where Armenian and Russian oligarkhs, officials and shadow dark cardinals like to meet. In Moscow, accordingly in Yerevan the hotel belongs to ex-deputy of NA Samvel Sargsyan, who before becoming a deputy was the governor of Vayots Dzor region. According to the circulating rumors the external facade of the building will remain the same.
