How to Get Rid of Insomnia: Useful Tips

Many suffer from Insomnia, but probably very few know about its causes. If a person has sleep-related problems, he mustn’t immediately contact a physician, and the regular use of soporifics may cause addiction.
If you suffer from Insomnia, until turning to medicines try more useful means, since one of the causes of insomnia may be the little usage of protein-rich food. There are some products which promote the production of melatonin- the sleep hormone. Eggs, milk, cherry, chamomile tea, bananas, almonds, etc. are ranked among this products. As a protein-rich supply, boiled eggs are recommended. Cheese, curd and walnut are also useful.
In order to get a good sleep, it is recommended to eat 30g of almond or a spoonful of almond oil, since it contains Mg, which causes weakening of muscles and results in a quiet sleep. A banana before sleep will also provide a calm sleep for you.
Melatonin-rich cherry regulates a man’s inner “clock”, and a cup of hot milk with honey will make you forget about your former insomnia. If there is no appetite to eat before sleeping it is recommended to drink a cup of chamomile tea which also has a soothing effect on nerves.
