Vardan Petrosyan Speaking about Harsnaqar Incident

Referring to the “Harsnaqar” incident actor, director Vardan Petrosyan said in the interview with reporters that he sees the main cause in anarchy.
“In the past, policemen were invited to the theatre for performances in order to neutralize dangerous people. They didn’t have the right to punish a person; educational activities were held and the lawbreaker was lead out. The important thing was that that men weren’t fat-necks, but nowadays the opposite happens; even Ruben Hayrapetyan announced on TV that is his policy.
Such incidents are unlikely to happen in developed countries as happen in Armenia.
Today if they raise a hand on a military worker, tomorrow the same hand may be raised on the presidential chair. Today our children see unpunished fat-necks in soap-operas that’s why they want to become unpunished bodyguards,” said the actor.
