All our Courts Serve Authorities: Pargev Ohanyan

Applications presented by the ANC after the elections were simply rejected- former judge Pargev Ohanyan said in the interview with Lurer.com. According to the latter the Constitutional Court, the European Court and all our courts are politicized i.e. “serve the authorities”.
“No one is independent, both government and we are sadly not free. We depend on Russia, Europe and the USA,” Ohanyan mentioned
To remind you, after the May 6 elections ANC presented to the Constitutional Court an application according to which it demanded to recognize invalid the results of parliamentary elections. In order to recognize invalid the results of the elections, applications were also presented by some of the ANC candidates nominated by majoritarian electoral system, but all the applications were rejected by the Constitutional Court.
