What Prevents Sardarapat?

A Facebook user Tsovinar Nazaryan writes on her page,
"I do not understand what prevents Sardarapat from participating in anti-Nemets movement and its protests, which are extremely diverse- various civic groups, NA oppositional parties, individual citizens, who even disliking each other have the courage to stand together and fight for the same aim. Well, if they don’t participate, let them not to, but why do they organize separate protests and groups with Vahe’s name? What is this supposed to mean? My mind has stopped on the word “guttling”.
