US president Barack Obama has signed a decree today according to which Afghanistan is being included in the list of US main alleys. It allows the US president’s administration aid this country in the frame of law and control the export of ammunition- RIA Novosti announces.
USA administration grants the status of the chief alley to countries which are not included in the North Atlantic Alliance, in order to develop a military cooperation and ease the contract signing.
Receiving the status of alley of the most powerful country, in case of aggression Afghanistan can’t rely on the US protection, but cooperating with the USA will gain a number of financial and military advantages.
