India Floods Leave 121 People Dead

121 People died in Assam state, India, as a result of floods caused by heavy rains –Times of India magazine reports.
There are about 2 million populations on the disaster zone, 500 thousand of which became homeless.
State authorities provided 622 temporary shelters for 300 thousand people.
The Kazirangi National Zoo which was enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage is also seriously damaged.
The 80% of the area is under water now, which caused death of more than 550 rare animals.
